How the fee works
Fixed, per project. Scoped in writing from your brief. The number doesn’t move unless the scope does.
Two revision rounds included. Real ones, not a technicality.
Change orders in writing. If scope genuinely grows, you approve a written change order first.
Four ways to engage
Pilot — One project, fixed scope, fixed fee. Designed to be easy to say yes to: you keep every file whether or not we ever work together again.
Per project — The default. Every project gets its own quote against your brief.
Retainer — Reserved monthly capacity for firms running steady volume. Same standards, no re-quoting every job, and capacity set aside for you each month.
Overflow hourly — For the small odd jobs that don’t warrant a scope. The catch-all, not the main event.
Why we don’t publish rates
Because a rendering package for a 400 sq ft café and design assistance on a 6,000 sq ft residence aren’t the same project, and pretending they price the same would make our quotes less honest, not more. You’ll have a real number after one short written exchange, and the number moves only if the scope does.
