Sixty projects. Zero credit. That’s the job.
One interior design firm has trusted Astratto with more than 60 projects — residential and commercial, interiors and exteriors, first renderings through final specification. Their clients have never heard our name. This page is as close as we get to saying theirs.
How it started
The way we hope every relationship starts: with one bounded project. A brief, a fixed fee, a deliverable. Then a second project — which is the one that matters, because it means the first survived contact with a real client.
What the relationship looks like now
Range — kitchens and full residences; cafés, studios, and other commercial fit-outs. Interior and exterior.
Depth — what began as rendering widened into space planning, elevations, millwork drawings, and FF&E specification.
Rhythm — briefs arrive the way a principal briefs their own team. Onboarding happened once, dozens of projects ago; their standards are muscle memory for us now.
What made it work
Their standards, not ours. Every drawing ships in their templates and title blocks. Nothing we deliver needs translating before their client sees it.
A boundary that never moved on that engagement. Across that 60+ project relationship we did not contact their end client. It’s stated in writing, and it’s the reason the relationship works. Terms for any future engagement are defined in the accepted written scope.
A fixed number every time. Each project quoted before it started, so they could quote their client with their margin intact.
What their clients saw
Their firm, doing excellent work, at a pace a small studio shouldn’t be able to sustain. Which was true — they just had a production studio behind them.
We have room for a small number of relationships like this
Start the way they did: one project, one fixed fee, one message to Michelle.
