What do you need to start?

A real project brief: a markup, voice note, survey, or program. Michelle reviews it and replies in writing with fit, deliverables, and a fixed fee before production starts. Two revision rounds are included. Scope changes get a written change order you approve first.

Do you take outsourced drafting and overflow production work?

Yes. Design firms use Astratto as outsourced design production for space planning, design-intent floor plans and elevations, millwork drawings, FF&E specification, and photorealistic rendering, and as overflow capacity during busy seasons. Work is quoted per project with a fixed written fee, so support scales up for a deadline and back down between projects, with no retainer required. Astratto’s drawings communicate design intent in your standards; permitting, stamping, engineering, and field verification remain with the responsible parties.
